US50 Index Page

US50 Westbound past Carson City.

This will be my index page for US50 in California and Nevada. I hope some day to ride US50 to at least Ely. I've done some flights that go over US50 and US6, and I noticed you only see about 10 cars outside towns between Fallon and Utah! US6 from Bishop to Ely is even lonelier. I have read in misc.transport.road about someone driving it and seeing only two cars and one 18 wheeler during the 290 mile ride from Bishop to Ely. Yikes!

On the other hand, there is a lot of traffic on US50 in between Sacramento and Carson City.
