This is an index page for US93 from I80 (Wells, Nevada) to I84
(Twin Falls, Idaho.) I really hope to do all this route south of Twin
Falls
someday, especially the stretch from I80 to US6. I never
personally
have seen chain requirements along this stretch of US93 (even when it
is really snowing) , but
I have
seen them listed online.
Bryan Moore just told me that between Wells and Ely, US93 has two
interesting points: the Junction with US93A and McGill, where you have
to drive 25 MPH. It is scenic in many spots south of Ely, heading
towards Las Vegas (280 Miles). US6 to NV318 is less scenic.
