There is a big curve here and there is a large cliff above it. This is eleven miles past 25. This is a rock slide area also.

This is looking down Panoche Pass (2800') towards the Interstate 5 - Manning Avenue area on 3/20/1997.
This road is paved but through here, at the summit, and it is only one lane wide. Traffic is very light here to say the least. This is about twenty two miles past 25.
