This is from Trevor Carrier on 8/18/2007. 99 North of here is mainly
not a freeway until 120, and south of here it is a freeway and 70 MPH
most of the way, and north of here it is currently being improved (as of 2008.) This photo is aimed at the Sierra Nevada.
