US101 South Construction Photos in 2016

These are all from 10/23/2016 of the new interchange with G11 by US101. The gas station by here was taken out for this project. There is a loop to US101 from here. Before this interchange was built you could not go from G11 to US101 North. There was a left turn from US101 North to G11. I saw near misses over the years through here. There is a metering light on the on ramp. I have other photos of this construction project you can access off my US101 index.
The traffic on US101 North is slow to stopped from 25 to 156 East in all these photos. Don't ask me why. The hills were a little green already.

This is by 156 East. The traffic the other way was normal past here.
