US 95 South is the next major exit after Lovelock. Apparently the nearby rest area has water trucked in! I've never stopped here but I read that on a highway site from the 1990s.
This is a very dry area in the summer. Just imagine the Donner Party riding through here.

Exit 78 (Jessup)

Mile 65 is here, which is Nightingale.
This is the one exit from US95 South to Fernley. The center divide is a mile wide in some places. Other than hills, scrub brush, and dried lakes full of salt, there is not much here at all.
