Interstate 80 West

Mile 38 I80 becomes very scenic after Fernley and it goes through the Truckee River Canyon. This is how I80 looks like until just before Reno. The speed limit drops to 70 MPH after Fernley, after being 75 mph most of the way from the Iowa - Nebraska state line. This is in Washoe county.

US395 South to 88 West and US 50 West

This is near US395 and this is inside Reno during a bad storm. The interchange with US395 can be pretty wild sometimes. I was not able to go to a distant family reunion in Reno.

The mountains in the distance burned in 1992. Verdi is the next exit.
