I64 West in Virginia

This is heading on I64 west in the Hampton Roads area. This is in the actual
city of Hampton.

Continuing west on I64. Unlike in the Hampton Roads area, where I64 is a
beltway, here it is a normal interstate.

Note the heavy traffic in this area, even on a weekend.

Reassurance shield for I64 west. That billboard up there doesn't always say
Eddie Money on it, it's one of several electronic billboard signs in this
area.

Once you leave the Norfolk and Williamsburg areas for good, the road shrinks
to two lanes each way. When you get closer to Richmond, you can't see the
other side of the road because of the wooded median.

That blue sign on the right up ahead is the type of services sign that
Virginia uses, as well as Maryland.

This is where the median has a lot of trees.

This stretch could be considered boring, but it's actually quite nice.
