Looking towards Riverside and Redlands. The smog "cloud" is probably by 215 and 91.

Interstate 15 becomes 70 MPH again around Lytle Creek Road. This is probably barely south of I215. The mountains are in the San Bernadino National Forest. These mountains do see mountain snow.
I15 has a new interchange being built at Highway 30 (future I210). There are no carpool lanes on I15 in the Inland Empire, even though it is a fairly recent freeway.
