into San Tomas
Expressway by Highway 17. Capitol Expressway was built in 1978 except
for the part near I680. Also Capitol Expressway does not turn into
Capitol Avenue.
This is by 87. This is seven miles past I680. After this the road is
called Capitol Expressway Auto Mall. 87 South 87 North
