G21 East / Capitol Expressway

These are from 1/19/2013, on Capitol Expressway from Almaden Expressway to I680. This section does not appear to have G21 signs officially on it any more in the Capitol Expressway Auto Mall, though it used to. This expressway was built in 1978 except for the section near I680. The last part was done in 1997. Also Capitol Expressway ends at I680 and it does not extend onto Capitol Avenue. It was proposed that Capitol Expressway and San Tomas Expressway would turn in to each other.
This is by Ocala Avenue and this is eight miles past Almaden Expressway.



This is by Story Road and this is eight miles past Almaden Expressway.



This is by Capitol Avenue and this is nine miles past Almaden Expressway. After this you are on the 1997 vintage section of the expressway.



This is nine miles past Almaden Expressway.



After this you are on San Antonio Street. The expressway ends at I680.
