87 South (Guadalupe Parkway)

These are of 87 South from December 1986. It had snowed just before this on the local mountains. This shows the express lanes of 87 North being built.

87 has to get on to I280 here. The freeway did not open south of here until 1992 though some of it was actually done in the 1960s.
