Highway 85 North (Scott M. Greenly Memorial Freeway in Saratoga)

This is just past 17. This stretch of 85 has heavy traffic in the morning.

This is 85 near Quito Road.
Lawrence Expressway was never completely finished to 85 because they didn't know which (or any) interchanges 85 would have in Saratoga. Saratoga put the matter on the ballot of what interchanges to have with  85 in the city in 1988. The options were Saratoga Ave, Quito Road, or Prospect Road. The middle street (Saratoga Ave) was picked. These interchanges were built from 1991 - 1994. This section of freeway is a memorial highway named for CHP Officer Scott M. Greenly.

This is just before Saratoga Avenue.

This is from Diedrik Edholm of 85 North after Saratoga Avenue. This is by Mile 14 and the undercrossing is for Cox Avenue. This area was actually cleared out by the 1980s.
