The Detroit-Windsor Bridge

This bridge runs from Detroit, Michigan, to Windsor, Canada. It has new access off I75 and I96 in Detroit now. On the Windsor side it is a regular street up to the approach. This is from February 2000. This is the Ambassador Bridge. The Gordie Howe bridge will be built south of here and 401 will be extended to it. It was under construction by 2018 and it will be done in 2024.

The Bridge is lit up at night. Airplanes headed to DTW from the west fly over the city and you can really pick out the bridge, especially at night.
