Exits 13A and B are for West Patrick Street. Westbound is considered US40, which will take you towards Hagerstown.

This where US15 basically becomes I270 in terms of following the same direction. If you stay on US15, you'll be headed towards Leesburg, Virginia. US340 will take you to Charles Town, West Virginia, a popular location for
gambling.
