US101 South in Santa Clara County

This is from 12/23/2003. This is on US101 South in Gilroy, California. It was a pretty day. This is just before the weigh station. The freeway had been resurfaced for the first time a few months before this. This part of US101 was built as six lanes total from Monterey Street to Cochrane Road in 1973.

This is before the 152 East, G9 East, and Leavesley Road exit.

This exit sign for 152 East was pretty new back then.
