Santa Ana Valley Road West in San Benito County, California

I've been wanting to get these sets for a while. I did this road a few times in 1995 for something different. Back then my trip notes have it described as a wide, fast road to the second Quien Sabe Road intersection. It goes on a long way after that. On the way back it usually has an excellent view to the valley to the west. I came back for more photos on 4/1/2009, on a better day than the trip from 2008. These are heading back to Fairview Road in the Hollister area. On a clear day, there are some views of the valley that are incredible. It is also very lush in the springtime.
