Soquel San Jose Road, Summit Road North, and Old Santa Cruz Highway North in California

These are from December 1988 of a ride up Soquel San Jose Road, north on Summit Road, then a photo on Old Santa Cruz highway. I was on Old Santa Cruz highway once that I remember. I remember it was hard to get to from Highway 17 north at the time. I do not drive 17 anymore at all. In the first two photos you see the damage from the fire of July 1985.

This is a wide and fast road. However it does not stay that way up to the main part of Skyline Boulevard.

This road was about as slow as Alpine Road west of Skyline.
