Oakknoll Pioneer Memorial Park

These are from 2/27/2018 of Oakknoll Pioneer Memorial Park in Livermore. It is on Stanley Boulevard. The perplexing thing is that as a public park it lacks public parking. We parked at the gas station next to it. William Mendenhall, Martin Mendenhall, and Absalom Mendenhall were buried here for a while. Due to grave robbing, vandals, and earthquake damage they were moved to Roselawn cemetery. My mom and I are distantly related to them through my mom's paternal grandfather. This has been a public park since about 1963. It is no longer a cemetery officially. The traffic out here was crazy and it was busy. I had to research on Mendenhall web pages and other online sources to find out about this site. Allen Singleton and Suzanne Clark helped me out also. Parking is on Wall Street only and it is on the street.
