New Mexico and Colorado by air

This is from 9/4/2001. I was on a flight from St. Louis to Phoenix. The big peak towards the upper right is Pikes Peak in Colorado.
The darker areas to the left of the center part of the photo are the Four Corner's area of New Mexico. I never got to drive I40 from Texas to California so that is why I took this photo. I think I was close to US60 and US285 in New Mexico when I took this. Denver and Nebraska are closer to the horizon in this photo. The darker areas in the upper part of the photo are the forests of Colorado. I had explored the southern third of New Mexico in my younger years.
