This is just before Bernal, which has had an interchange here since the 1980s. This housing development is from about 1989.

 Here we are at Highway 85, which has no direct access to Monterey Highway. This overpass was built around 1990.

 This is in the Flintwell area of San José.

 I don't think this area has changed much since the 1970s though it had more traffic back then.
