J1 East / Panoche Road (Proposed 180)

This is all from Christmas day 2009. I had been on this road a lot but never on a holiday. There was "traffic" on it that day. I am surprised these galleries are getting visits because I already had "regular" galleries of this highway since the 1990s. The hills were definitely going green when this was taken. This runs from Highway 25 to about ten miles east of 25. Also there were actually people visible from the road for the first time.
