Exit 187  (Rest Area) off Interstate 80 in Nevada

 
This is a rest area just west of Golconda Summit. So it is either just before or just after you go through the mountains.
In the summer you would hardly know this place ever gets cold. In the winter you'd never know how hot it can get on I80 in Nevada.
These are mainly from January 1998, on a day when virtually all the land next to I80 was covered in snow, across the entire state. This is in Humboldt county. I80 is farther north than usual on its trip through Nevada.
