Interstate 80 East in Nevada
Mile 201Here I80 is dropping down and looking towards Battle Mountain.
The field at the end of the grade is almost always sopping wet after a snow storm. It's rarely snow covered like it is here. I don't think the snow in the road cut is usually there even in winter time.

Mile 227
This is in western Battle Mountain. The Business Route follows old US40. Battle Mountain is the only city served by I80 in Lander county.

Mile 229
This is in eastern Battle Mountain in April 1999 and there is road work going on
here in this photo.

Mile 247
This was taken three miles east of Argenta in May 1998. This part of I80 is always turns more green than any other part of
I80 in the springtime.
