Downtown Atlanta - I've driven through here 4 different times and the traffic was terrible every time but this one. I've been stuck in a traffic jam at 1AM in Atlanta.

It's hard to see much as far as skyscrapers go (note the fog) but downtown Atlanta has always had a very modern and sleek look to me.
