This is in Southfield. This section of I696 was delayed for years. From Michigan 10 (former US10) to I75 there was an unfinished part of I696 for many years. I696 in this section has many long road cuts through suburban neighborhoods, and it has a tunnel if I remember right. Taken 10/29/1999.
