I275 South in Florida (The Sunshine Skyway Bridge)

I-275 South begins when it splits off from I-75 a ways North of downtown Tampa. Once it comes up on downtown Tampa it heads east then southeast as it heads to St. Petersburg, then directly south where it is carried across Tampa Bay by the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, connecting St Petersburg to Bradenton and Sarasota. From Eric: I was out here as a newborn with my mom on a ride on the old bridge. Don't ask me to comment much on this route myself. This is also US19 on my map.

At this point the highway is running through St Pete. The dome is Tropicana Field, home of baseball's Tampa Bay Rays.

Coming down the south side of the bridge. That's the south end skyway pier off to the right.
