99 North in Tulare County (former US99)

There are tree lines along 99 right after you enter Tulare County.

This is just north of the Tulare County line.
Tulare County probably is the least boring of all the counties 99 passes through. Its landscaped with Eucalyptus trees, has oleanders in the divider, has streets that are named instead of numbered, and most of the surrounding landscape is green in the summer. This is from 7/8/2001.
