88 West in Amador County, California

This is 88 in the east end of Jackson.
Note the orange wildflowers, on 4/29/2001.

87 miles west of US395, and just past JCT49. You turn right after reaching 49, on 12/25/2004. Route 104 was also supposed to run through this general area.

The first sight of the valley. The valley can almost be seen from the foothills in the spring, when the smog is much lighter. I think these two are past the first turn off to 104 (not the actual 104 Junction.)
