84 East in California

These two photos are from Trevor Carrier. They show the east end of Highway 84 (the section by the delta, not by Skyline Blvd.) This section is much less widely known than the Bay Area section. In fact, I can't find it on my California atlas! These are in Rio Vista near Highway 12.
