I680 North in Alameda County (Sinclair Freeway)

This is Durham Road (Exit 14.)

[I680 North in Alameda County]

This is from 4/8/2011 and it is about Mile 14. This is before Washington Blvd. The wild mustard was really notable this day.

[I680 North]

This is just after Durham Road. I238 would have started in the distance, and the center lanes would have turned into it. The overpass was never put to use for it, and it was taken out to widen I680 South to four lanes.

[I680 North in Alameda County]

This is the corridor to I238 North in Fremont, which was never completed,  I238 would have accessed by lanes over where the ridge of dirt is in the center divider, and I680 would have veered off to the right here. This is just before the point where I680 heads into the hills. This is not extremely far away from I238 / I580. This is taken 10/13/2007.
The ramps from I680 to I238 were demolished around 2003. After hanging a right I680 North climbs.

[I680 North]

This is one mile south of California 238, which is the northern Mission Blvd interchange.
I680 is climbing here.
