41 South in Fresno County, California

These photos are courtesy Trevor Carrier, from 1/13/2007. I've done this section of 41 but I didn't take any photos because it was way too foggy. 41 was improved south of 99 around 1998.

Trevor has this to say about this section:
It is an expressway with a 65MPH speed  Limit until it reaches Elkhorn Ave (the turnoff to Caruthers) which in turn becomes 2 lanes wide until it reaches the outskirts of Lemoore in which it becomes expressway (with really bad concrete) again until it reaches 198.
