401 East in Ontario to Toronto

This is the highway in western Toronto.
The freeway condition signs carry an anti-DWI message. This is at Kilometer 343.

Toronto, where Ontario 401 has 16 lanes, which are eight through lanes, and eight exit and  merge lanes. There are 18 lanes in places. This actually is more busy than Los Angeles freeways! This is also known as the Macdonald Cartier Freeway. The freeway will be extended to the new bridge being built between Windsor and Detroit.
Note the absence of litter and graffiti. This is at Kilometer 347. 

This is just south of the Toronto airport.
