Highway 25 South in California

Highway 25 carries an unusually high amount of traffic from US101 to Hollister. It has had a rush hour since the early 1990s. The speed limit is 55 until Hollister and it is a daylight safety section. These are from 4/2/2017. There was some left over fog this day. Most of the hills were extremely green this day.

This is not the original intersection of 156 and 25. 156 was realigned by here in 1998 and 25 was realigned in Hollister around 2007. They used to meet in Hollister. An interchange is proposed to be built here. This is still the original alignment of 25.
