1 South in Monterey County

Highway 1 South from 129 to 183 is not a freeway. It also has a lot of wrecks.
Trucks are warned here to take 183 to US101 South if they are headed to Southern California.
Don't even think of taking a big rig south of Monterey. This is Highway 1 South of 129.
