This is a set of 190 in the Valley, from Porterville to Tipton.
This is from the Spring of 1997, during an El Niño season of intense rain (and mountain snow.)
If you ever do this ride at night, you can easily see cars on 99 all the way down to Bakersfield.
Because this is from the spring, there is no smog in this set.

This is the farmland by 190 in the spring.
