160 South in Sacramento, California

This set is courtesy of Trevor Carrier and is from 5/4/2007.
160 comes off Business 80 in Sacramento and returns to it. Parts are freeway and others are surface streets. It appears to have been old US40 and US99E. Some overpass markers still have "North Sacramento Freeway" written on them. (It was signed that way until the Elvas Freeway (now the Capital City Freeway) was built. If I remember correctly, a new I80 would have been built in this general area in the 1970s. By 2003 the non freeway section of 160 in Sacramento was no longer a state highway officially.

This is the start of the 160 Freeway here on Arden Way.

This is Canterbury Rd and Leisure Lane exit (Mile 47)

Here is an old 160 sign.

The freeway ends here and 160 slows down. This of course used to carry cross country traffic on US40, and across California on US99E.
